Photos 22nd June Yaroslavl







holiday homes along the river - this area is popular holiday area for residents of Moscow



many churches along the river 


a warm day so lots of children playing in the water

it was lovely to have some really warm weather



Russian police - I didn't know if they would like me taking their photos so I did it from the safety of the bus

the Memorial Eternal Flame - today was 70 years since Russia was attacked by Germany which
 drew them into the "Great Patriotic War"

this church is only 5 years old - it has been re built where one was torn down in the 1930's
